2. Total satisfaction guarantee

Ask your consultant about the total satisfaction guarantee that comes with many of our carpets. Some conditions apply, but if you don't like your new carpet for any reason (even colour) we'll replace it.*  The way we see it, if you’re not absolutely thrilled with your new carpet, we haven't done our job properly.
