When we come to your place we’ll measure your rooms and give you a printed quote on the carpet of your choice. If you can find a better price on the same carpet (excluding underlay and installation), we’ll beat it. Ask your consultant about the total satisfaction guarantee that comes with many of our carpets. Some conditions apply, but if you don't like your new carpet for any reason (even colour) we'll replace it.*  The way we see it, if you’re not absolutely thrilled with your new carpet, we haven't done our job properly.
